Cause

The inserted ribbon is not suitable for the used label type.

When using TTK ink ribbons on paper labels, the print image is generally considerably weaker.

When using TTW ribbons on plastic labels, the print can be wiped off and the intensity of the print is unusually high.

Usually use wax/resin (TTW) ribbon on paper labels and resin (TTK) on plastic labels.

Troubleshooting

Insert a correct ribbon.
