Cause

The printhead is not correctly locked.

Troubleshooting

Please take care on closing the printer, that both sides of the locking mechanism snap in correctly.

If the printhead can not be locked correctly, the printer is possibly mechanically damaged. Please contact your dealer for maintenance.
