- Support is invoiced immediately after the support work has been completed.
- A support order is completed when an installation has been completed, the faults that have occurred have been eliminated or a search for the cause of the fault no longer makes sense.
- Support services that are required due to errors/defects in software or hardware supplied by us shall not be invoiced.
- Billing is based on time units of 6 minutes each (1/10th of an hour).
- We ask for your understanding that the support services provided by us must also be invoiced
if the cause of the fault cannot be found in a computer that has not been properly installed and maintained
and the fault can therefore not be rectified.
