Affected Printers	all printers with adjustable sensor
Cause	The adjustable sensor is on the wrong position.
Troubleshooting	Position the adjustable sensor so that it runs over the longest distance of the label.

Here a picture with a wrong sensor position. As a result the printer detects the beginning of the label at the loop, clearly visible on the faulty printout.

After positioning the label sensor (green triangle) at the marked spot, the new printout is correct.
