Appearance

- The printer feeds labels but there is no printed image

- In addition, the ribbon is not wind up and is moved out with the labels

Possible Causes

- if the coating (matt surface) of the ribbon does not face to the label material, the printing of the image is not possible.

The printing temperature is set to low.

If the ribbon moves out with the labels.
